CushyLips Quality Control

The whole array of our products is bound to pass very strict quality controls before they are actually put to use. Moreover, we always utilize those precursory materials that are of supreme quality and also pass our in-house quality inspection tests. Whole raw materials are put to test for purity levels prior to starting the manufacturing process. Quality Control Engineers are given the authority to cancel the production of any product at any stage of its production, if it doesn't conform to our stringent quality control standards. Our staff is made to follow the necessary protocols which are explicitly written and enforced during the manufacturing process. The whole process of Product Mnaufacturing is documented and reviewed by Quality Control Engineers at each point of time. The production equipment is properly cleaned and maintained on a particular date and day that is scheduled in the company logs so that it can be reviewed by the Deaprtment of Agriculture, which helps to ensure the absence of any sort of contamination during the production procedure. The production records maintaining the information about each unit of a product produced and the raw materials used in it, are filed for two years past the date of expiry of the product.

Product analysis This analysis is done for each product that is manufactured by us. This analysis consists of the most specific components of the herbal product, the lot number of ingredients and the method or the procedure used for the production of that herbal product.

Raw materials The highly reputed wholesalers of the world do the job of purchasing the raw materials required for the production of the herbal products. Each raw material must come along with a Certificate of Analysis which is obtained from the supplier of the raw materials. Then the raw materials are also tested and verified by our In-house Quality Assurance Engineers for their authenticity.

Packaging material The purchase of the packaging material is also done by some of the most reputed wholesalers. The Quality Assurance Personnel ensures that all the labels are assigned to the correct products to avoid any mistake or confusion. In order to verify this, all the new labels are correctly checked with the master label to avoid any mistake during the label printing process.

Lot Numbers Once a complete order is received, the herbal product to be produced and manufactured is entered into the log records and assigned a lot number for their production. The raw materials are then handed over to the pharmacy after they have passed the authenticity test.

CushyLips Manufacturing Guidelines

In addition to the protocols described above, CushyLips Supplements conforms to the following manufacturing guidelines to ensure the utmost quality control in the production or manufacturing of high quality herbal products:

Blending and Granulation The equipment that is used in the process of grinding and granulation is always checked by the Director of Operations before it is actually put into usage. The raw materials are also inspected for the final time at this point of time. The herbal products are then produced by the processing of the raw materials under the specific written guidelines. After the grinding and granulation is done and over, the powdered blends are stored in specially designed containers so that they reamin fresh and do not get contaminated. After the whole process is over, the Director of Operations ensures again reconfirms that correct labels are put onto right products.

Encapsulation and Compression After the raw materials are processed, a sample product unit is sent to the Quality Assurance Department so thay they can compare it to the other reatined samples in order to maintain the similarity between the lot of products produced. Once the new unit has been approved by Quality Assurance, full line production may begin. Quality Assurance inspections are conducted using set protocols for the capsules. As with the blending and granulation process, the capsules are stored in specifically designed containers to ensure freshness and to avoid any contamination. The Dierctor of Operations confirms whether all the newly produced capsules are labeled properly or not.

Liquids Liquid products are prepared following the same stringent protocols described above for blending, granulation, encapsulation and compression.

Packaging and Inspection After the completion of processing of raw materials, the final product is inspected again by the Quality Assurance Personnel. Broken tablets, over filled capsules and any other defective products are removed from the lot. Products released by the Quality Assurance staff are subsequently either packaged for bulk storage or bottled and labeled for consumer use. All finished products are properly labeled and closed with a tamper proof seal. The Quality Assurance unit also retains samples of raw materials for one year past the expiration date of the last product they are used in. The unit also retains samples of finished products for one year past the product expiration date. These samples are maintained under controlled conditions so as to maintain their integrity.

Final Products All final products are stored in quarantines in a climate controlled environment until final delivery to the customer is made.
