Quality Control
All of our raw materials must pass stringent quality controls before
they are utilized. In addition, we use only those precursor materials
that are of the highest quality and that pass our in house quality
inspection.
Prior to production, purity of all the raw materials have been
checked. If any product does not meet our standard then our Quality
control engineers have the authority to reject any product during any
stage of production. All personnel follow explicit written protocols
that are strictly enforced during the manufacturing process. Quality
control specialist documents and reviews all steps during the
manufacturing process. Manufacturing equipment is properly maintained
and cleaned on a predetermined schedule which is documented in company
logs for review by the Department of Agriculture so that there should
not be any contamination. Production records associated with each unit
of a product including all raw materials used are filed for two years
past the expiration date.

Product analysis:- Every product offered by our
company is accompanied by a product analysis including information
such as lot numbers for ingredients used, a breakdown of herbal

furnish a Certificate of Analysis for each material. The raw materials

pharmacy only after checking whether it is pure and authenticated or
not. The lot number system at Our company allows us to track materials
and orders throughout the entire production process.
Manufacturing Guidelines of Eazol:

our company also follow these protocols to get utmost quality control:
Blending and Granulation – Prior to use all equipment used in the
process of mixing and granulation is inspected by the Director of
Operations. After undergoing an on-site quality inspection, raw
material is processed according to strict, product-specific guidelines.
The granulated material is stored in our specially designed
containers providing guarantee to yield fresh, contamination-free
products.
Encapsulation and Compression – The granulated product is
encapsulated in a test run after undergoing a on-site quality
assurance test. To ensure the maintenance of product quality and
integrity. the sample obtained from successful test unit which become the
sample unit, is compared to samples from previous batches. If sample unit
meets our quality control standards then only Full-line production begin
otherwise the product is rejected. Proper care and attention is given for
the storage of our Encapsulated products.
Liquids – We do not believe in compromise. Liquids also undergo the same
rigorous process of inspection and testing as our granulated supplements.
To provide high-quality product and safety assurance to our customers,
careful production, testing, and storage are always followed.
Packaging and Inspection – Our quality control staff undergo a thorough
inspection and remove defective products such as broken or
overfilled capsules from the lot of finished products and the supplements
that meet our high standards after inspection are then packaged for bulk
storage or are bottled and labeled for consumer use. Our product packages
come with tamper proof seals and FDA-required information to protect
consumers. The Quality Assurance unit also retains samples of raw
materials for one year past the expiration date of the last product they
are used in. The unit also retains samples of finished products for one
year past the product expiration date. These samples are maintained under
controlled conditions.
Final Products – To maintain its efficacy, all our finished
products are stored in climate-controlled environments until our order
reaches its customer.

Practices set forth by the US Federal Drug Administration. In addition, both
scheduled and surprise inspections by the Quality Assurance staff during
