THYROMINE MANUFACTURING GUIDELINES

Blending and Granulation Prior to use all the equipment used in the process of mixing and granulation is inspected by the Director of
Operation which are then inspected again for final time and then only are
processed using strict written guidelines. After granulation, for avoiding contamination
and to maintain freshness the powder blends are stored in specially designed containers.
Once again the Director of Operations ensures that all new blends are labeled appropriately.
Encapsulation and Compression For finally
assuring the product, a test unit is processed and considered as sample unit
which is then issued for comparison with retained samples to ensure product integrity.
Full line production only begins ,once the new unit has been approved by Quality
Assurance. All the inspections by quality assurance are done under some set
protocols. As with the blending and granulation process, for avoiding any kind
of contamination and to ensure freshness, the capsules are stored in specifically designed containers.
The Director of Operations makes certain that all new capsules are labeled appropriately.
Liquids No difference between powder and liquid
processing is there. Liquids also undergo same kind of manufacturing
processes like blending, granulation, encapsulation and compression.
Packaging and Inspection Our quality
control staff undergo a thorough inspection and remove defective
products such as broken or overfilled capsules from the lot of finished
products and the supplements that meet our high standards after inspection are
then packaged for bulk storage or are bottled and labeled for consumer use. (labels contain the appropriate information required by the Federal Drug Administration; batch numbers are logged). All finished products are properly labeled and closed with a tamper proof seal. The Quality Assurance unit also retains samples of raw materials for one year past the expiration date of the last product they are used in. The unit also retains samples of finished products for one year past the product expiration date. These samples are maintained under controlled conditions.
Final Products Until final delivery to the
customer all final products are stored in quarantine in a climate controlled environment
